Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Amazon Marketplace Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon Seller Central account for the USA marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone with proven experience driving growth on Amazon through a combination of listing optimisation, PPC strategy, inventory oversight, and account health management.
You will play a key role in improving product visibility, increasing sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day marketplace operations.
Schedule: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible during business hours Ontario, Canada

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of Amazon Seller Central (USA marketplace)
- Create, update, and optimise product listings including:
- SEO-driven titles and bullet points
- backend keywords
- enhanced brand content / A+ Content
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, order flow, and fulfilment across both FBA and FBM
- Set up, manage, and optimise Amazon PPC campaigns
- Track and improve campaign performance using data and analytics
- Monitor account health metrics including:
- VTR
- ODR
- late shipment rate
- Coordinate with logistics partners for:
- cross-border shipments
- FBA replenishment
- fulfilment planning
- Provide strategic recommendations on brand positioning, including private label vs wholesale models
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion rates, and marketplace visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon account management experience
- Proven track record of measurable sales growth and account performance improvement
- Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, campaign optimisation, and reporting
- Excellent understanding of Seller Central analytics and marketplace KPIs
- Experience using tools such as Helium 10 and/or Jungle Scout
- Previous experience working with international sellers, particularly Canada and USA markets, is highly preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction
