B2B Sales Representative | POS Systems

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a B2B Sales Representative to generate new business and guide clients toward the right solutions. This is a client-facing role focused on outreach, closing deals, and building long-term relationships.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing company that helps businesses improve their operations through Point of Sale (POS) systems and marketing/design services (websites, branding, and digital presence). Their goal is to simplify processes and help clients scale.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and reach out to small and medium-sized businesses (retail, restaurants, services, etc.)
  • Present and sell POS systems and marketing/design services
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Manage the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close
  • Maintain relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

Requirements

  • Experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and closing skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Ability to explain tech products in a simple way
  • Self-driven and results-oriented

Qualifications

  • Experience selling POS systems, SaaS, or marketing services
  • Experience working with SMB clients
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
