Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)
- Develop and execute a structured content calendar
- Coordinate with the Content Creator to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Monitor engagement metrics (reach, impressions, interactions) and optimize performance
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives
- Respond to comments and messages where needed
- Identify opportunities to grow audience and improve visibility organically
- Prepare the foundation for future paid advertising campaigns
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong understanding of organic growth strategies
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of strategy
- Experience in service-based industries (insurance, finance, real estate, etc.) is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience launching or growing social media from scratch
- Basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Familiarity with CRM-driven or lead-generation businesses
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
