Outbound Sales Associate – Real Estate

Job Description:

You will be responsible for cold calling homeowners to identify those interested in selling their properties. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads daily by engaging prospects, building rapport, and identifying selling motivation.

This is a high-performance, results-driven role that requires strong communication skills, consistency, and a positive attitude. You will follow a proven system, receive ongoing coaching, and have the opportunity to grow within the company based on performance.

Client Overview:

A well-established real estate investment company based in Florida that specializes in helping homeowners sell their properties through cash offers. The business operates with a strong outbound calling strategy and a high-performance culture focused on accountability, efficiency, and long-term growth. Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using the provided property data
  • Engage prospects in conversations to determine interest in selling their property
  • Follow scripts and adapt naturally to each conversation
  • Generate qualified leads and pass them to the acquisitions team

CRM & System Management

  • Use CRM and dialer systems to track calls and manage lead information
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
  • Work within the provided tools and systems to ensure efficient workflow

Performance & Activity Tracking

  • Meet daily calling targets
  • Generate 4–5+ qualified leads per day
  • Maintain high energy and professionalism across all interactions
  • Consistently follow up with prospects to move them through the pipeline

Team Collaboration & Training

  • Participate in onboarding and ongoing training sessions
  • Apply coaching feedback and continuously improve performance
  • Collaborate with team members to improve calling strategies and results

  • Google Chat (GChat)
  • Google Drive

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of cold calling experience preferred
  • Excellent English verbal and typing communication skills
  • Ability to work consistently within US Eastern Time hours
  • Comfortable using web-based tools and working within Google Chrome
  • Strong attention to detail while managing calls and CRM updates
  • Positive, coachable attitude with willingness to improve

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience:

  • Basic understanding of real estate investing or wholesaling
  • Experience in real estate cold calling or lead generation roles
  • Experience working with CRM systems and dialers
  • Comfort working in high-volume, performance-driven environments

Performance Expectations:

  • 200–250 outbound calls per day
  • 4–5+ qualified leads generated daily
  • Consistent follow-up and pipeline management
  • High energy, professionalism, and strong communication on every call
