Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive, sales-driven, and results-oriented Spanish Bilingual Sales Account Executive to manage client relationships, drive account growth, and maximize customer retention through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and exceptional service.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the phone, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving revenue through consistent client engagement. While you will manage an assigned portfolio of clients, this is a highly proactive role that requires regular outbound calling, follow-up, objection handling, retention efforts, and account expansion activities.

Serving as the primary point of contact post-sale, you will partner with the Sales team to onboard new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and uncover growth opportunities that align with customer objectives. Success in this role comes from maintaining strong client relationships while consistently taking initiative to generate revenue through proactive outreach.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of client accounts, focusing on retention, growth, and long-term customer success.
  • Conduct regular outbound calls and proactive follow-ups to strengthen client relationships and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account growth initiatives to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure smooth onboarding and a positive customer experience following account acquisition.
  • Perform routine account reviews and strategic outreach to uncover additional business opportunities.
  • Handle client inquiries promptly while delivering exceptional customer support and service.
  • Overcome objections, re-engage inactive clients, and proactively address concerns that may impact retention.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, documenting client interactions, opportunities, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor key account metrics and performance indicators to support forecasting and business growth.
  • Resolve escalated client concerns professionally and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, business development, account management with sales responsibilities, customer retention, or a similar revenue-generating role.
  • Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day conducting outbound calls, follow-ups, and proactive client outreach.
  • Proven experience building relationships while actively driving revenue growth through retention, upselling, or consultative sales activities.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets, performance metrics, or revenue goals in a target-driven environment.
  • Professional-level written and verbal communication fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong financial and data acumen, with the ability to analyze information and use insights to support business decisions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Resilient, proactive, and confident handling objections and challenging client conversations.
