Spanish Bilingual Customer Success Manager

Overview:

This role is responsible for managing and growing client accounts while serving as the main point of contact after the sale. It involves collaborating with the Sales team to onboard new clients, strengthen existing relationships, and ensure the timely delivery of solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives. The ideal candidate will also handle client inquiries, identify upselling opportunities, maintain CRM accuracy, and leverage strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive client satisfaction and account success.  

 Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account growth and client retention to support long-term business success
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients following account acquisition
  • Partner with the Sales team to onboard new clients and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and identify opportunities for account expansion and additional services
  • Maintain strong client satisfaction by delivering exceptional day-to-day customer support
  • Update and maintain accurate CRM records, including client interactions and follow-up activities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue growth opportunities
  • Support the resolution of complex client concerns and escalated issues when necessary
  • Monitor, forecast, and track key account metrics to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experience in retention and upselling
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data to support decision-making and business objectives
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and persuasively
  • Quick thinker with the ability to adapt effectively to client questions and changing situations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and strategic approach
  • Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
