About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Social Media & Content Coordinator to turn the the client's social presence into a sales and partnership engine. This is a "Full-Stack" creative role: you will be responsible for creating high-end graphics from scratch, editing viral video content, and executing aggressive influencer outreach. You are the "one-person agency" for our brand growth.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST (4hours/day, 20hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Content Creation: Design original brand assets using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. You will be responsible for the visual "look" of the brand across all platforms.
• AI-Enhanced Production: Utilize AI content tools (Image & Video generation) to rapidly produce creative assets and stay ahead of social trends.
• Video Production: Use CapCut to edit raw footage into high-performing Reels/TikToks (including audio fixing, captions, and transitions).
• Influencer Outreach & ROI: Identify and reach out to 10-20 high-value puzzlers/influencers daily. Negotiate "product-for-post" deals and track them to completion.
• Management & Tracking: Maintain an organized Google Sheet tracking product shipments, influencer deadlines, and content performance.

Requirements:

• Design Toolkit: Strong capabilities in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (Portfolio required).
• Video Savvy: Expert in CapCut for short-form mobile video.
• AI Familiarity: Experience using AI tools for image or video generation is required.
• Sales DNA: Comfortable with cold/warm DM outreach and negotiation.
• Logistics: Expert in Google Sheets and highly organized.

Side Note:

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
