Responsibilities

  • Connect with pre-qualified leads who have shown interest through digital marketing campaigns
  • Provide professional, knowledgeable responses to initial inquiries about solar energy solutions
  • Schedule qualified appointments for field surveyors to conduct property assessments
  • Master our advanced CRM system to manage effectively and track lead progression
  • Collaborate with AI technology to optimize lead conversion processes
  • Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation
  • Minimum 1 year experience in B2C sales or customer service
  • Professional home office setup with primary and backup internet connections
  • Comfortable working UK business hours (adjusted for local time zone)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
  • Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities
  • Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Available to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
