Work Schedule
- Current Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST (1 hour unpaid break).
- Flexibility: Must be willing to cover additional shifts for PTO and adapt to potential night shifts as the business grows.
- Growth: This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Issue Resolution: Swiftly resolve customer concerns, turning complex situations and potential issues into opportunities for customer delight.
- EV Advocacy: Share expert knowledge on our premium electric vehicle fleet, helping customers make informed decisions about EV technology and sustainability.
- Booking Management: Facilitate seamless booking modifications and cancellations to ensure a smooth, high-end experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, operations, and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed expectations.
- Operational Agility: Adapt to the dynamic needs of a 24/7 operational environment, supporting a global client base across multiple locations.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service, luxury hospitality, or high-end retail. Experience in transportation, logistics, or the automotive/EV industry is a significant plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with the ability to convey information clearly, professionally, and engagingly.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn CRM systems and booking platforms quickly; meticulous attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: A passion for electric vehicles and the luxury car industry; ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends and holidays, with the adaptability to handle shifts in expectations as the company expands.
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
