Our client is looking for a high-energy, responsive Appointment Setter to manage inbound lead flow and drive conversions. This is a fast-paced role where speed is the primary driver of success—you will be expected to engage with potential clients within 1–2 minutes of their inquiry. Using the GoHighLevel platform, you will nurture conversations, qualify prospects, and secure appointments directly onto the calendar. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly communicative, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Schedule

• Wednesday – Sunday, 20 hours per week (Flexible during client business hours [EST])

Responsibilities

• Rapid Lead Response: Respond to inbound leads within 1–2 minutes via the GoHighLevel platform.
• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with potential clients through consistent, professional communication to maintain engagement.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify prospects through strategic questioning and book them directly into the team calendar.
• CRM Management: Utilize GoHighLevel to track lead status, update notes, and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.
• Pipeline Optimization: Maintain high responsiveness to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proven experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation tools.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a professional tone.
• Responsiveness: Ability to handle a fast-paced lead flow and maintain extreme responsiveness during shift hours.
• Persistence: A proactive mindset focused on follow-up and nurturing relationships.
• Independence: Highly organized and able to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
