Job Description
You’ll be the revenue engine behind a thriving health solutions business, taking ownership of the entire lead generation and qualification process. This role puts you at the forefront of business growth, where your outreach efforts directly translate into booked appointments and revenue opportunities. You’ll work closely with a results-driven entrepreneur who understands the value of quality support and has built success through trusted partnerships.
Schedule: 40h per week - Sunday 11-7 with 1 hr break
Monday-Friday 9-4:30 with 1 hr break. - EST time zone

Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns to generate qualified leads for health solutions services
- Manage and maintain CRM systems with accurate lead tracking and interaction history
- Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and assess their needs
- Schedule appointments and seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the business owner
- Implement backend CRM processes to maintain organized lead pipelines
- Follow proven scripts and messaging frameworks for consistent results
- Track and report on outreach metrics and conversion rates
- Identify opportunities to optimize lead generation processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
- Strong phone communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with CRM platforms (Sales Guide experience preferred, but similar systems acceptable)
- Ability to qualify leads effectively and identify genuine prospects
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
- Bonus if you have experience in health, wellness, or professional services industries
- It helps if you’re comfortable with newer CRM platforms and adaptable to different systems
