Job Description

You’ll be the technical backbone ensuring seamless marketing operations across multiple business verticals. This role offers the opportunity to solve complex technical challenges while working with cutting-edge CRM systems, automation tools, and lead generation processes that directly impact business growth. You’ll take ownership of critical technical infrastructure that powers multiple revenue streams and helps the business scale efficiently, working with a flexible team that values reliability and quick execution.

• Anytime between 11am and 7pm UK time zone; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot DNS settings for email deliverability across multiple CRM systems
• Set up and manage Zapier integrations between various platforms and marketing tools
• Configure cold outreach email systems with multiple sub-email addresses per domain (targeting 20 emails per address per URL)
• Manage technical setup across multiple CRMs for different business verticals
• Handle technical integration of lead capture forms with instant lead forwarding systems
• Set up technical infrastructure for paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok) including form integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that cause delays in email marketing campaigns
• Ensure compliance with platform requirements for advertising in regulated industries
• Provide technical support for LinkedIn scraping and lead list management systems
• Configure automated billing and lead tracking systems for client management

Requirements

• Strong experience with CRM platforms and technical configuration
• Proficiency with Zapier and marketing automation tools
• Knowledge of DNS settings and email deliverability best practices
• Experience with cold email setup and multi-domain email management
• Technical understanding of paid advertising platform integrations (Facebook, TikTok)
• Ability to work independently and solve technical problems quickly
• Strong English communication skills for clear technical explanations
• Bonus if you have experience with lead generation and list management systems
• It helps if you understand compliance requirements for advertising platforms
