Job Overview

You’ll be the communication backbone for a thriving security company where your attention to detail directly impacts customer satisfaction and business growth. This role puts you at the center of customer relationships, ensuring seamless communication flow and preventing lost opportunities. You’ll work directly with company leadership and service managers, making an immediate impact in a growing business where every customer interaction matters.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday (9am-5pm) PST Los Angeles Time

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (California)

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and professionally route incoming customer calls to appropriate team members

  • Manage and prioritize customer email communications, flagging urgent matters for immediate attention

  • Create and maintain organized priority task lists for management team

  • Ensure consistent follow-up with customers to prevent lost opportunities and maintain retention

  • Handle general administrative tasks that support daily operations and customer service excellence

  • Maintain organized communication channels and documentation systems

  • Provide patient, respectful service to diverse clientele including elderly customers who may need extra time

  • Collaborate with small team of technicians and service managers using real-time communication tools

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with demonstrated patience and professionalism

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Experience working respectfully with elderly or time-intensive customers

  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

  • Availability during Pacific Time business hours
