Client Overview:
You’ll be working for a growing property management company specializing in short-term rental operations across multiple Airbnb properties. As we actively expand our portfolio and take on new property management clients, we are creating exciting growth opportunities for our team members.
In addition to short-term rentals, we operate within the broader real estate sector, offering our team diverse experience across a variety of property-related ventures.
Schedule:
- Pacific Standard Time (40 hours per week); flexible scheduling across a 12-hour window to accommodate guest communications

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to guest messages and inquiries on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure properties are guest-ready between bookings
- Handle guest requests and special needs throughout their stay experience
- Follow up with service providers to confirm task completion and property readiness
- Communicate guest requirements and requests to appropriate team members
- Support real estate business activities during available time between bookings
- Take phone calls and provide professional customer service as needed
- Manage multiple property communications simultaneously during peak periods
Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in customer service or guest relations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and respond promptly to time-sensitive messages
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Booking.com, or similar booking platforms
- Reliable internet connection and ability to maintain consistent availability
- Basic administrative and organizational skills
- Bonus if you have experience with property management or real estate
- It helps if you’re comfortable managing multiple conversations simultaneously
