Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calling to prospects at target organizations
- Use proven scripts to introduce services and gauge interest in financial planning
- Qualify leads and assess prospect needs for life insurance, disability, and investment services
- Handle initial objections and questions with a consultative, non-aggressive approach
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting confirmations via WhatsApp
- Maintain accurate call logs and prospect information
- Follow up with prospects as needed to secure commitments
- Work toward 1-2% conversion targets through consistent daily activity
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence (non-negotiable)
- Cold calling experience in selling insurance or at least financial accounts
- Previous sales and appointment setting experience required
- Natural, consultative approach – not pushy or overly aggressive
- Ability to handle rejection while maintaining positive attitude
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
- English-speaking proficiency required
