Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage scheduling and customer communications for a mobile tire change service. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that service appointments are booked accurately and mobile teams are deployed efficiently across the region.

Client Overview

The client is a mobile tire change service company based in Ontario, Canada. They provide mobile tire changes where they travel directly to customers’ locations to perform the service, offering convenience and high-quality automotive care.

Schedule

Saturday - Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls professionally
  • Schedule and coordinate mobile tire change appointments
  • Efficiently manage and maintain the service calendar
  • Process customer information and maintain accurate records
  • Handle last-minute bookings and adjust schedules as needed
  • Monitor schedules to avoid conflicts
  • Manage email communications
  • Coordinate with mobile service teams

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience with calendar management and appointment scheduling
  • Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer applications
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in administrative support roles preferred

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
