Job Description
You’ll be the voice that connects homeowners with clean energy solutions and businesses with innovative AI technology. This role offers the unique opportunity to master both B2C and B2B sales approaches while working with an entrepreneur who believes in comprehensive training and performance-based growth. You’ll have the flexibility to adapt your daily focus between solar lead generation and AI receptionist sales, with clear pathways to expand from part-time to full-time as you demonstrate success.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 9 am till 4 pm (Western Australia Time); 40h per week

Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2C cold calling to homeowners in Perth, Western Australia for solar energy solutions
- Perform B2B cold calling to businesses for AI receptionist technology
- Generate qualified leads independently for both business verticals
- Schedule appointments and book meetings for the business owner to close deals
- Adapt daily focus between solar leads and AI receptionist leads based on business priorities
- Follow comprehensive training protocols and company “non-negotiables” strictly
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company with excellence
- Track and report on lead generation and appointment setting performance
Requirement
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of cold calling experience
- Comfortable with both B2B and B2C sales approaches
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to adapt between different business verticals (solar energy and AI technology)
- Self-motivated with proven ability to generate own leads
- Willingness to follow strict training protocols and company guidelines
- Bonus if you have experience in solar, technology, or appointment setting roles
- It helps if you’re familiar with the Australian market or have worked with Australian clients
