Job Description
You’ll be the revenue engine for a thriving Salesforce consultancy, connecting with businesses who need CRM expertise to scale their operations. This isn’t just appointment setting—you’ll be introducing game-changing technology solutions to companies ready to transform their sales processes. You’ll own the entire top-of-funnel process, from identifying high-potential prospects to setting qualified meetings that turn into meaningful partnerships.
Schedule: 35h per week - Flexible, 35hrs a week between 9am - 7pm

Responsibilities
- Conduct strategic cold calling campaigns to generate qualified leads for Salesforce services
- Build targeted prospect lists based on ideal customer profiles and industry specifications
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns including email sequences and LinkedIn outreach
- Set qualified appointments with decision-makers at companies using or needing Salesforce solutions
- Identify prospects for both fixed-fee implementation projects and monthly recurring managed services
- Collaborate with the consulting team on messaging strategies and prospect targeting approaches
- Manage prospect handoffs to ensure smooth transition from initial contact to sales process
- Track and report on pipeline generation metrics and campaign performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly with CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Strong track record in outbound prospecting and cold calling with measurable results
- Experience selling both project-based services and recurring revenue solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical solutions to business stakeholders
- Proficiency in list building, email campaigns, and multi-touch outreach sequences
- Bonus if you have direct Salesforce platform experience or certification
- It helps if you’ve worked in the consulting or professional services space
