IT Support & Web Administrator

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support & Web Administrator to manage and maintain the organization’s core technology systems. This role is responsible for ensuring all digital platforms—including websites, CRM systems, communication tools, and internal systems—are fully functional, secure, and optimized for daily operations. You will play a key role in supporting business operations by maintaining system reliability, troubleshooting issues, and documenting processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Website Management: Maintain and update company websites regarding content, layout, and performance; monitor uptime; manage plugins, updates, and backups; ensure lead capture forms and integrations function correctly; and optimize site speed and security.
  • CRM Management: Set up and maintain CRM systems, pipelines, and workflows; manage user access and permissions; conduct regular data audits; and build reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • IT & Systems Administration: Manage email systems, internal communication platforms, and VoIP systems; handle user onboarding/offboarding (account setup/deactivation); and provide technical support to staff.
  • Procurement & Tools Management: Research and recommend software solutions; evaluate vendors; manage subscriptions; and ensure system integrations are cost-efficient.
  • Documentation & SOP Development: Create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all systems; document configurations and recurring workflows to ensure scalability.
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates on system status; log all changes and incidents; and escalate critical issues quickly with clear resolution communication.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or web development.
  • Strong knowledge of web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar).
  • Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems, email platforms, and collaboration tools.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Strong documentation and process-writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
