Our client is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator and Lead Generator to manage their digital presence and drive business growth. In this role, you will leverage existing assets to create compelling content across multiple platforms while actively engaging with potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.

Responsibilities
- Access and utilize existing photo content from Google photo albums to create engaging social media posts
- Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok platforms
- Create reels, stories, and other dynamic content formats using provided materials
- Conduct lead generation activities by identifying and following potential buyers on social media
- Engage with prospects through comments, story interactions, and direct messaging
- Initiate and maintain conversations in DMs that lead to business inquiries
- Support sales funnel development and optimization as needed
- Handle additional administrative tasks as the role expands
Requirements
- Proven experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok content creation and management
- Strong skills in creating reels, stories, and engaging social media content
- Experience with lead generation through social media platforms
- Ability to engage authentically with prospects and initiate meaningful conversations
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media management platforms
- Understanding of sales funnel concepts and lead nurturing processes
Scope
- Part-time position requiring 20 hours per week minimum
- Remote work arrangement with access to personal devices and reliable internet
- Focus primarily on social media content creation with potential expansion into administrative support
- Work directly with business owner to understand brand voice and target audience
- Performance measured through content output, engagement metrics, and lead generation results

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
