Our client is a growing events business that specializes in creating high-impact experiences and roundtable sessions. They provide an environment where you can work directly with senior leadership and see your marketing efforts translate directly into event success.
Schedule

Responsibilities
Schedule and manage social media posts across company platforms to drive event awareness
Create engaging marketing assets and graphics using Canva for social media and promotional campaigns
Draft compelling social media content that aligns with brand voice and drives ticket sales
Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Brevo and HubSpot to promote events and engage audiences
Coordinate event logistics including outreach to secure participants for roundtable sessions
Manage company social media pages to build community and increase event visibility
Support ticket sales initiatives through various digital marketing channels
Enrich and manage marketing data using tools such as Clay or similar platforms (where applicable)
Provide administrative support for event planning and execution activities
Requirements
Strong proficiency in Canva for creating professional marketing assets and graphics
Experience with social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement
Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as Brevo and HubSpot
Excellent written communication skills for content creation and participant outreach
Administrative and organizational abilities to manage multiple event timelines
Understanding of the marketing and advertising industry is highly desirable
Flexibility to work within UK business hours with some schedule autonomy
Qualifications
Experience using Clay or similar data enrichment tools is a strong advantage
Previous experience in events coordination or similar client-facing activities is preferred
Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication
