Client Relations & Operations Associate (Housecall Pro)

Overview:

You’ll become the voice of client satisfaction and operational excellence for a thriving service business. This role offers the perfect blend of client relationship management and business growth support, where you’ll directly impact customer retention while developing valuable estimating and business development skills. You’ll work closely with the business owner in a collaborative environment that values professional growth and skill development.

Join a growing exterior cleaning company that serves residential and commercial clients across Washington State. This established business specializes in window cleaning, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services, with a focus on building lasting client relationships and delivering exceptional service quality.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); 8am-4pm

Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Washington State)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct follow-up calls with past clients to maintain relationships and gather service feedback
  • Perform post-service quality checks by calling customers after job completion
  • Manage client communication and data within Housecall Pro CRM system
  • Handle general executive assistant duties to support daily business operations
  • Learn to create service estimates and pricing as skills develop over time
  • Track client interactions and job details to support business development efforts
  • Provide administrative support across various business functions
  • Maintain professional client relationships through proactive outreach

Requirements:

  • Fluent English speaking skills for professional client phone conversations
  • Experience with CRM systems (Housecall Pro experience is a bonus)
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
  • Customer service orientation with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with leadership
  • Bonus if you have experience in exterior cleaning, home services, or related industries
  • It helps if you’re comfortable learning new software and business processes
