Our client is looking for a Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the creative and marketing operations across three distinct entities: a real estate company, a strategic investment/holding company, and a legal services firm. This role is responsible for brand consistency, high-converting campaigns, content strategy, and managing a $20,000 monthly advertising budget. The Marketing Manager will drive measurable growth, maintain brand integrity, and oversee all marketing communications while ensuring compliance and operational discipline.

Responsibilities
- Brand & Content Management: Develop and maintain clear brand identities for each entity; ensure all content (social media, ads, email, video, etc.) aligns with entity-specific tone and style; produce and manage digital assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Mailchimp.
- Paid Advertising & Campaigns: Strategically deploy the $20,000 monthly ad budget; plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google; report on cost-per-lead, CTR, ROAS, and other KPIs weekly.
- Social Media & Community Management: Manage posting schedules, engagement, and messaging across all platforms; respond to comments and direct messages promptly.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Build and maintain segmented lists; create automated nurture sequences and newsletters; ensure compliance with TCPA and legal requirements.
- Analytics & Reporting: Maintain a marketing dashboard with live data; submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance and budget allocation.
- Operational Discipline: Follow a structured approval chain; ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines; coordinate daily priorities with management.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing multi-entity marketing operations with a strong portfolio of content creation, advertising, and brand management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms: Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, Mailchimp, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design and video tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, CapCut, Canva.
- Exceptional organizational, reporting, and project management skills.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lead generation, and campaign performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write clear, persuasive copy.
Qualifications
- Ability to maintain live, accurate marketing dashboards at all times.
- Proven track record of achieving weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and campaign performance.
- Commitment to 24-hour response times for social and campaign inquiries.
