Growth Marketing Assistant (Content & Community)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media & Marketing VA to support the growth of a thought-leadership company and platform. This role focuses on executing high-quality content, maintaining consistency across channels, and supporting lead generation. The Admin Assistant will work closely with the founder to turn ideas into clear, elevated, and performance-driven content.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day social media across Instagram (primary) and LinkedIn (thought leadership focus); execute content calendars and adapt tone/messaging for both brands.
  • Content Creation & Repurposing: Create and format Instagram carousels, Reels, LinkedIn posts, and Stories; repurpose founder insights and long-form content into multiple formats while maintaining a luxury/editorial aesthetic.
  • Founder-Led Content Execution: Translate raw ideas, notes, or voice memos into polished content; support execution of thought leadership series, campaigns, launches, and educational toolkits.
  • Community Engagement & Inbox Management: Monitor and respond to comments/DMs in brand voice; identify high-value leads and potential collaborators.
  • Email Marketing Execution: Build and send campaigns via HubSpot; support webinar promotions, product launches, and nurture sequences.
  • SEO & Website Support: Upload/format content on landing pages (HubSpot CMS), optimize for SEO, and conduct keyword research.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track performance across social media, email, and website traffic; provide insight-driven reporting and identify trends.
  • Paid Ads Support (Light): Assist with social ad campaigns (Meta/LinkedIn), support creative testing, and monitor performance.
  • Research & Content Intelligence: Monitor industry trends (weddings, luxury, events), research competitors, and identify messaging opportunities.
  • Event & Launch Support (Light): Support marketing for webinars, industry events, and product/program launches.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–5 years in social media/marketing roles.
  • Core Skills: Strong understanding of Instagram/LinkedIn strategy; ability to write elevated copy; strong visual sensibility (luxury/editorial aesthetic).
  • AI Proficiency: Comfortable using AI tools for content drafting, image creation, and repurposing while avoiding generic/templated outputs.
  • Tools: Advanced Canva, CapCut/video editing, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite), Google Workspace, Notion, and basic analytics tools.
  • Attributes: Highly organized, reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented; comfortable working closely with a founder.
  • Language: Strong written English (clear, polished, not overly corporate).

Qualifications

  • Ability to execute independently with minimal oversight.
  • Able to balance creative and analytical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail and aesthetic taste (understands premium vs. generic).

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
