Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Customer Support Representative with Sales Admin. This role focuses on managing inbound customer inquiries, converting leads into appointments and memberships, and providing consistent support to current members. The position requires handling multi-channel communication including email, social media messages, and phone calls to ensure timely response to all client touchpoints. The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week and be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and supporting lead conversion efforts.
Client Overview
The client operates a fitness facility that has been established in the community for over 10 years with a strong social media presence of 7,000-8,000 followers. The business currently serves 70-80 active members and manages approximately 50 inquiries per month during promotional periods.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from multiple channels including email, social media direct messages, and phone calls
- Convert leads into scheduled appointments and memberships through effective communication and follow-up
- Manage and update customer information in the CRM system (Wodify), including tracking client status, leaving notes, and scheduling appointments
- Answer member questions and provide support to current clients across all communication platforms
- Follow up with potential clients using the CRM tracking system to maintain consistent engagement
- Monitor and respond to social media messages and member inquiries to maintain community engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or sales admin roles with voice communication
- Strong phone communication skills with ability to handle inbound calls professionally
- Experience using CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage lead pipelines
Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Background or experience working in the fitness, coaching, or wellness industry
- Familiarity with Wodify CRM platform or similar fitness management systems
- Experience with Zapier or other integration tools
