Responsibilities:

Manage email inbox and calendar scheduling to ensure timely responses and organized appointment booking

Process quotes and invoices for clients using designated booking and invoicing systems

Answer phone calls and respond to text messages from clients during business hours using provided calling software

Maintain organized records of client communications and administrative documentation

Provide general administrative assistance across various business operations and special projects as needed
Must-Have Requirements:

Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Proven experience managing email correspondence, calendar systems, and scheduling tools

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional client interactions
