Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with a strong IT background to lead and support technical initiatives within a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands complex technical systems, and can effectively bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.

You will oversee technical workflows, manage system implementations, maintain data integrity, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with technical project management tools, strong documentation skills, and the ability to quickly understand and manage complex digital systems.

This is a strategic role requiring leadership, analytical thinking, and technical fluency.

Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage end-to-end technical projects from planning to execution and delivery.
    • Utilize technical project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, or similar) to track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, SOPs, workflows, and system guides.
    • Manage and organize data systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security compliance.
    • Quickly learn and navigate complex technical platforms and software systems.
    • Act as the liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
    • Identify process gaps and recommend system or workflow improvements.
    • Monitor project risks, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
    • Support system integrations, software implementations, and digital process optimization.
    • Maintain structured communication using Google Workspace and other collaboration tools.
    • Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar technologies) to enhance documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure adherence to data security and compliance standards where applicable.

Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a strong IT or technical background.
    • Solid understanding of technical systems, software platforms, and digital workflows.
    • Experience with project management tools such as Trello, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of data management, system organization, and technical documentation.
    • Ability to understand and learn complex technical systems quickly.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams or stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in Google Workspace and other digital collaboration tools.
    • Prior experience in healthcare or related IT project management roles is a plus.
    • Commitment to a full-time schedule after the initial training period.
    • Ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time (after 2–3 weeks of part-time training).
