Job Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Agents for a permanent work-from-home opportunity under an independent contractor setup. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats, assisting customers with account inquiries, memberships, and order-related concerns. You will also focus on customer retention by addressing cancellation requests and providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM MST, with two paid 15‑minute breaks and one unpaid 1‑hour lunch (40 work hours per week).

Responsibilities
- You will speak to customer on inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats.
- Customer inquiries are usually about account and their membership needs.
- You will also work on retaining customers who with to cancel their membership, and answer order inquiries in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Strong soft skills and a positive, upbeat attitude -- this is a dance program account
- Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous sales or retention experience is considered a plus
- Team‑oriented mindset and adaptability
- Should be able to speak both English and French
- Equipment Requirements: Your RAM and computer must be able to work well with a virtual desktop.
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
