Job Description: You’ll be the essential right-hand support to a busy tech company owner, managing critical daily operations while gaining exposure to advanced technology systems. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow alongside a technology-focused business, with direct involvement in business meetings and strategic communications. You’ll handle everything from call management to administrative coordination, ensuring smooth operations while developing your understanding of the tech industry.

Schedule: Full-time (35 hours/week) Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls using 8x8 system and manage call flow optimization
  • Send and manage email communications on behalf of the business owner
  • Support day-to-day business operations and administrative coordination
  • Join business and technology meetings to take detailed notes and action items
  • Assist with general administrative duties and workflow management
  • Help coordinate communications between the business owner and clients/partners
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination for meetings and calls
  • Support technology-related administrative tasks using AI and Microsoft systems

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technology concepts and ability to communicate about tech business operations
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite and comfort learning AI tools (MUST)
  • Professional communication skills for client and business interactions
  • Ability to understand and discuss technology industry topics during business calls
  • Bonus if you have experience with phone systems or call routing
  • It helps if you have previous experience supporting executives in technology companies
