Our client is looking for a technical and creative E-commerce Assistant to help build the foundational growth systems for a newly launched, sustainable cleaning products brand. This is a "ground-floor" opportunity where you will move the needle on customer acquisition and retention through a high-impact 3-month launch plan. You will be responsible for everything from Klaviyo email flows to hands-on Shopify modifications and the coordination of User-Generated Content (UGC) campaigns. Responsibilities
- Shopify Management: Execute weekly website modifications, enhancements, and technical maintenance to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Email Marketing Mastery: Manage and optimize the Klaviyo platform, developing automated nurture sequences and high-converting retention campaigns.
- Conversion Optimization (CRO): Implement 5–10 specific website tasks per week designed to improve conversion rates and A/B test marketing hooks.
- UGC & Creator Coordination: Source and manage partnerships with brand creators to generate high-quality user-generated content and social proof.
- Visual Content: Utilize Canva to create or adapt visual assets, ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Data Analysis: Monitor e-commerce metrics to implement data-driven improvements to the customer journey.
Requirements
- Shopify Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Shopify platform management and front-end modifications.
- Klaviyo Proficiency: Proven ability to build, manage, and optimize complex email automation workflows.
- Content Management: Experience sourcing and coordinating UGC campaigns and influencer/creator partnerships.
- CRO Knowledge: Solid understanding of e-commerce conversion principles and user behavior analysis.
- Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva for creating professional marketing collateral.
- Communication: Strong English skills to coordinate with creators and internal stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience with sustainable or eco-friendly consumer brands (Highly Regarded).
- Experience in the "launch phase" of an e-commerce startup (A Significant Plus).
- Background in influencer outreach and community management (Preferred).
- Ability to work independently with a focus on measurable project milestones.
