Job Description
You’ll take ownership of marketing and customer experience for a growing online business that’s ready to break through to its next level. This is your chance to implement your Shopify and digital marketing expertise while building something meaningful from the ground up. You’ll work directly with a dedicated business owner who has created a solid foundation and is now seeking an expert partner to drive sales growth and optimize the customer journey.
Schedule: 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5PM

Responsibilities
- Drive organic sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and conversion optimization
- Conduct comprehensive Shopify site analysis and implement improvements to increase conversions
- Handle customer service inquiries and support to ensure excellent customer experience
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase site traffic and sales performance
- Review and optimize product listings, descriptions, and overall site functionality
- Analyze website performance data and identify specific areas for improvement
- Support backend operations management while the business owner focuses on product creation
- Collaborate on scaling strategies toward ambitious monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 2-5 years of proven Shopify expertise and hands-on e-commerce experience
- Strong background in digital marketing with demonstrated ability to drive organic sales
- Experience with conversion rate optimization and comprehensive website analysis
- Customer service skills and ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
- Solid knowledge of SEO, product descriptions, and e-commerce best practices
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of marketing results
- Bonus if you have experience with dropshipping or print-on-demand business models
- It helps if you’re comfortable working flexible hours and collaborating across time zones
