Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 03:00 PM Australian Eastern Time (25 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage online patient bookings and scheduling across four physiotherapy clinic locations
  • Handle comprehensive data entry and maintain accurate patient records in Halaxy practice management system
  • Execute SMS marketing campaigns through Practice Acceleration CRM to drive patient engagement
  • Respond to marketing campaign inquiries and convert leads into confirmed appointments
  • Conduct invoice follow-ups and provide billing support to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Perform receptionist duties including patient communication and general administrative support
  • Participate in ongoing training programs provided by Practice Acceleration platform
  • Support clinic operations across multiple locations with varying schedules and patient needs

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in health and wellness or medical administration preferred
  • Proficiency with practice management software; bonus if you have Halaxy experience
  • Strong communication skills for professional patient interaction
  • Ability to manage multiple clinic schedules and work within Australian time zones
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing campaign management helpful
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
