Brand & Marketing Graphic Designer

Role Overview
The Graphic Designer creates on-brand visual assets across social, email, ads, web, PDPs, packaging-adjacent layout needs, sales decks, and trade show materials. This role ensures brand consistency and elevates the external-facing presence of Yoobi and Altitude.

You bring ideas to life through clear, modern, cohesive design.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Flexible within these hours as needed; CST; 20 hours per week

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Design campaign assets, social graphics, emails, web banners, ads, PDP assets, and retail media visuals.
  • Create sales deck visuals, trade show graphics, and external-facing brand materials.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Follow brand standards and packaging guardrails.
  • Collaborate daily with the Content Strategist
  • 5-7 creative tasks output on a weekly basis

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a graphic designer, preferably supporting brands, agencies, or retail/eCommerce accounts.
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems, campaign creative, and multi-channel design.
  • Strong typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy expertise.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Tools Experience (Required)

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Google Slides for deck design

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
