Schedule
Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 07:00 PM MST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted cold calling campaigns to generate qualified real estate leads
- Engage prospects professionally to identify potential real estate opportunities
- Maintain and update prospect databases with accurate contact information and interaction notes
- Follow up consistently on warm leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions
- Work within established calling schedules to maximize contact rates and productivity
- Document call outcomes and prospect feedback to refine targeting strategies
- Collaborate with the business owner to optimize calling scripts and approaches
- Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling with demonstrated success in lead generation
- Strong English communication skills with professional phone presence
- Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent calling activity
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone setup for remote work
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bonus if you have CRM experience or previous real estate exposure
- It helps if you’re comfortable working EST business hours
Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
