Job Description:
You’ll be the proactive voice driving real business results in Miami’s vibrant real estate market. This isn’t your typical customer service role – you’ll own outbound relationship building, lead follow-up, and strategic client communication that directly impacts revenue. You’ll work with a team that understands the value of skilled remote talent and believes strong outbound professionals naturally excel at all forms of client interaction. Schedule:
- Tuesdays to Saturdays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (35 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic outbound calls to prospects, clients, and stakeholders in real estate transactions
- Drive proactive follow-up campaigns with leads and maintain consistent client communication
- Support property management operations through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Handle inbound inquiries with the same professional excellence you bring to outbound work
- Collaborate with the Miami-based team to achieve business development objectives
- Manage client relationships across both real estate transactions and property management services
- Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and follow-up activities
- Provide weekend coverage as part of the regular schedule to serve client needs
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate and/or property management (non-negotiable)
- Proven track record in outbound calling and proactive client outreach
- Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays as part of the regular schedule
- Ability to work 9 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time consistently
- Experience working remotely with US-based companies
- Bonus if you have experience with the Miami real estate market dynamics
- It helps if you have CRM experience and lead management systems knowledge
