Job Overview

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Administrative Assistant to support guest communications and overall guest experience for a hospitality-focused business. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling guest interactions across different stages of the customer journey—from inquiry to post-stay follow-up.

Schedule

  • Flexible between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, San Carlos, Panama Time (20 Hours Per Week)​

Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries and messages in both Spanish and English
  • Assist with pre-booking and post-booking communication
  • Provide general support to ensure a smooth guest experience
  • Address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal team members as needed
  • Maintain clear and organized communication records
  • Support light administrative tasks related to guest interactions
  • Ensure all communication is professional, warm, and aligned with brand tone

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Experience in customer service, guest support, or virtual assistance
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly tone
  • Ability to work during US East Coast hours
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment
  • Able to manage multiple conversations/tasks efficiently
  • Reliable internet and a quiet workspace

Qualifications

  • Nice to Have: Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or travel-related roles
  • Nice to Have: Familiarity with booking or messaging platforms (e.g., Airbnb, email, CRM tools)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
