Our client is looking for a part-time remote Data Entry Specialist focused on data entry and content distribution across multiple digital platforms. The role involves taking information from one platform and transferring it to various other systems through copy-paste operations. The ideal candidate will handle routine administrative tasks to allow the therapist to focus on client care, with potential for role expansion as the business grows.

Client Overview

The client operates a private therapy practice providing mental health services. The practice is experiencing growth and requires administrative support to manage daily digital content distribution tasks.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Copy and paste AI-generated video content and posts into various social media platforms.
  • Manually input podcast content into Buzzsprout and other podcast distribution platforms that require non-automated entry.
  • Monitor and verify that content is successfully posted across all designated platforms.
  • Perform daily checks to ensure two posts per day are distributed correctly across all channels.
  • Complete simple data entry tasks by transferring information between different digital systems as directed.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately transfer information between platforms.
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to access multiple web-based platforms simultaneously.
  • Availability to work 20 hours per week during Eastern Time business hours.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms such as Buzzsprout.
  • Previous experience working with content management or social media scheduling tools.
  • Background in supporting healthcare or therapy practice administration.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
