Responsibilities
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to source, screen, and engage candidates daily.
- Quickly assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for the position.
- Manage and maintain a large pipeline of applicants across multiple roles simultaneously, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
- Schedule interviews, coordinate next steps with hiring managers, and ensure smooth candidate progression through the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in applicant tracking systems or databases.
- Use structured and consistent interview questions to evaluate candidates objectively.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach, screening, and placement targets.
- Deliver a professional, engaging, and persuasive candidate experience that reflects well on the company and supports strong employer branding.
Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and phone presence, able to engage candidates persuasively.
- Ability to think quickly, assess candidates efficiently, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and empathy under pressure.
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned, including administrative tasks such as reviewing and responding to emails, or other ad hoc tasks to support the team.
Experience Level
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
- Experience managing large pipelines, meeting outreach or placement targets, and handling multiple roles simultaneously.
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM systems effectively and independently.
