Responsibilities
- Process and enter customer orders into QuickBooks accounting system with precision and speed
- Convert order information received via text messages into accurate invoice entries
- Handle daily invoice processing during operational hours
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all data entry and invoice creation
- Communicate directly with business owner regarding order processing and clarifications
- Support additional administrative tasks as business needs expand
- Ensure timely completion of invoicing to support daily restaurant deliveries
- Adapt to growing order volume as the business continues quarterly expansion
Requirements
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume data entry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Basic English communication skills for coordination with business owner
Qualifications
- Previous experience with invoice processing or bookkeeping is highly preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus for additional team communication
