They work with companies typically valued under $5 million, facilitating complex business sales and acquisitions that can take 6-12 months to complete. The team has access to an extensive database of over 100,000 business contacts and maintains relationships with multiple broker partners who generate qualified leads.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct confident outbound calling to business owners using both cold and warm lead databases
- Qualify prospects by confirming decision-maker status and genuine interest in buying or selling businesses
- Set high-quality appointments for the business broker to conduct detailed consultations
- Adapt your communication style to connect effectively with business owners across diverse industries
- Follow proven scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversations that build trust
- Track and report on outreach activities, appointment metrics, and lead conversion rates
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to refine your approach and industry knowledge
- Manage lead flow from a database of 100,000+ business contacts
- Collaborate with broker partners to optimize warm lead follow-up strategies
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or outbound sales roles
- Confidence speaking with business owners and C-level decision makers
- Strong phone presence with professional, adaptable communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems and call tracking software
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit performance targets
- Comfortable with performance-based bonus structures and metrics-driven environments
- Bonus if you have experience in business services, real estate, or financial services
- Familiarity with complex B2B sales cycles and relationship building
