Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to take full ownership of guest experience and operational excellence for a portfolio of premium short-term rental properties. Client Overview

A growing real estate investment business managing a portfolio of premium short-term rental properties. The owner has built a successful operation with multiple high-performing Airbnb properties and is ready to scale by bringing on dedicated support. This is a business that prioritizes exceptional guest experiences and maintains excellent review ratings through attention to detail and quality service.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM GMT, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle all guest messaging and communications throughout the entire booking process
  • Coordinate and manage cleaning rotation schedules and automation systems
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain excellent ratings and reputation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day operational tasks across multiple premium properties
  • Execute administrative tasks and organizational workflows as outlined in detailed processes
  • Maintain seamless operations to enable hands-off management for the property owner
  • Coordinate with cleaning teams and service providers to ensure property standards

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written English for professional guest communications
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work UK business hours consistently
  • Commitment to maintaining high service standards and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bonus if you have experience with Airbnb or property management systems
