Sales Closer – Healthcare Marketing | Remote | Immediate Start

Job Description:

You’ll be the foundational sales hire for a healthcare marketing company that’s already cracked the code on generating high-quality inbound leads. Instead of cold calling, you’ll be taking over warm prospects who have already booked calls and shown interest. This role puts you at the center of a proven revenue engine, where your closing skills will directly accelerate company growth. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing in a collaborative environment where your success drives the entire organization forward. 

Client Overview:

A growing healthcare marketing company that’s reached an exciting inflection point where their proven inbound lead generation system now requires dedicated sales expertise. The Director of Marketing has been successfully closing deals herself and is ready to scale by bringing on their first dedicated sales professional. This is a chance to join a company with established market fit and strong lead flow.

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with one hour of unpaid break

  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (Vancouver, Canada)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound booked sales calls with pre-qualified prospects
  • Conduct professional sales presentations and closing calls via Zoom
  • Convert warm leads into paying customers using established sales processes
  • Manage your own calendar of scheduled prospect appointments
  • Collaborate directly with the Director of Marketing on lead handoffs and feedback
  • Build and refine sales processes as the company’s first dedicated closer
  • Track and report on conversion metrics and pipeline performance
  • Maintain professional client relationships throughout the sales cycle

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional articulation
  • Comfortable appearing and presenting on video calls
  • Proven sales closing experience, preferably with North American companies
  • Experience conducting sales presentations via video conferencing platforms
  • Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions in healthcare sector
  • Bonus if you have experience with inbound lead conversion
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
