Job Description
You’ll be the vital first connection between homeowners and life-changing water filtration solutions. Using proven scripts and qualification processes, you’ll identify families who need better water quality and schedule appointments that lead to real sales. This isn’t cold calling for the sake of it – you’re helping people discover solutions to actual problems while earning performance-based incentives that reward your success. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your call schedule while working with a client who values results and recognizes achievement.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9 AM to 6 PM Australian Eastern Time (Melbourne); 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Make targeted outbound calls to homeowners across Melbourne and surrounding Victorian areas
- Follow structured 7-step qualification scripts to assess genuine interest and property needs
- Gather key information about prospects’ water quality concerns and property setups
- Schedule qualified appointments for in-home consultations and custom pricing presentations
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and prospect qualification status
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth handoff of high-quality appointment
- Work with VoIP systems to reach various Melbourne area codes and suburbs
- Build rapport with homeowners while maintaining professional conversation flow
Requirements
- Previous experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, or lead generation
- Strong communication skills with ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural
- Comfortable making high-volume calls to residential prospects
- Experience qualifying leads and identifying genuine buying interest
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Bonus if you have experience with VoIP phone systems
- It helps if you understand residential sales or home improvement industries
