A growing hospitality business operating multiple successful locations including a popular brunch cafe and sandwich group. The business is expanding across three locations with strong growth potential and a communication-heavy operational model. The owner values human interaction and personalized support, creating an environment where your contributions directly impact business success.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM UK Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple email inboxes across business locations and ensure timely responses to prevent missed opportunities
  • Coordinate calendars and scheduling across multiple hospitality venues and business concepts
  • Handle invoice forwarding and administrative document routing to accountants and relevant parties
  • Provide proactive prompting and follow-up reminders for important business communications
  • Respond to catering requests and customer inquiries following established business frameworks
  • Create and manage event calendars for business operations and special functions
  • Conduct vendor research and gather price comparison quotes for business decisions
  • Provide general backend administrative support across hospitality operations
  • Eventually respond on behalf of the business owner for routine communications with clear guidelines
  • Support the owner’s ADHD-friendly workflow by creating structure and reducing administrative overwhelm

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting busy executives
  • Strong email management and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to individual working styles and preferences
  • Experience with calendar coordination and administrative task management
  • Bonus: Hospitality or service industry experience
  • Bonus: Experience working with entrepreneurs or business owners who juggle multiple priorities
  • Bonus: Familiarity with UK business practices and communication styles

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
