Client Overview
A growing transportation services company providing essential Medicaid transportation to communities in need. Responsibilities
- Process monthly bank statements and categorize transactions accurately in QuickBooks
- Maintain clean, organized financial records and bookkeeping entries
- Handle credentialing submissions and renewals for vehicles and drivers through online portals
- Conduct client confirmation calls and update status tracking in shared spreadsheets
- Support general administrative tasks and special projects as they arise
- Participate in training for dispatching systems with potential to assist with scheduling
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in financial data
Requirements
- Solid experience with QuickBooks software for data entry and categorization
- Strong attention to detail for accurate financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills for professional client interactions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone presence
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and potentially dispatching operations
Qualifications
- Experience with online portals or credentialing processes is an advantage
- Experience working within the East Africa/Ethiopia region is a plus
