Job Overview
Our client is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join their team as they expand into remote sales operations. In this role, you will play a foundational part in building their distributed sales capacity. This isn’t your typical online sales role; you’ll be working in a consultative, relationship-driven environment where your expertise and communication skills directly impact revenue. You’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to qualified lead delivery, working autonomously while being supported by an established outdoor sales team for face-to-face closings.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle sales process from lead generation through qualified lead delivery
- Conduct strategic cold outreach to manufacturing warehouses and cold storage facilities
- Generate and qualify prospects using Apollo and LinkedIn for targeted prospecting
- Make high-value outbound calls using company-provided Canadian phone software
- Book qualified meetings and generate quotes for forklift sales and rental opportunities
- Collaborate with outdoor sales team to coordinate face-to-face meetings when needed
- Maintain autonomous work approach with minimal supervision required
- Provide daily activity reports and progress updates
- Build and manage your own sales pipeline in a niche B2B market
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in consultative sales environments
- Great communication skills with a clear accent for client communication
- Strong confidence and “hunter mentality” for consistent prospecting and outreach
- Experience with lead generation tools and CRM systems (Apollo experience preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously without micromanagement
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation structures
- Available during North American business hours
- Bonus if you have experience in equipment sales, automotive sales, or similar consultative industries
