We work closely with clients across various industries, helping them position themselves confidently and secure better career opportunities.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a confident, driven, and results-oriented Sales Consultant who can effectively generate leads, engage potential clients, and convert inquiries into paying customers promptly and efficiently.
This role requires someone who can build and manage their own customer pipeline, take ownership of their performance, and develop and execute personal sales strategies to consistently achieve targets.
You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities to grow portfolio value and margins, while delivering a high-quality, consultative experience to clients.
In addition to sales, the role involves creating resumes and cover letters for clients, so strong written communication and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with email marketing and CRM tools is also valuable for nurturing and converting leads.
Schedule: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid break (Perth, AU / Manila Time)

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Lead Generation
- Build and manage your own customer pipeline through inbound inquiries, referrals, follow-ups, and proactive outreach
- Develop and execute personal sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed targets
- Identify new business opportunities to expand client portfolio value and improve margins
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations (Teams) to understand client needs and recommend suitable services
- Confidently handle sales calls, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and nurture leads through CRM and email marketing tools
- Track engagement and optimize outreach strategies to improve conversion rates
Client Consultation & Service Delivery
- Assess clients’ career backgrounds, goals, and job targets
- Write and edit professional, ATS-compliant resumes tailored to specific roles and industries
- Create or assist with cover letters and other career documents as required
- Deliver high-quality outputs while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Ensure a positive client experience from initial consultation through to final delivery
Administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, calls, and sales activities
- Track client progress from initial inquiry through completion
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth service delivery

- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles (service-based sales preferred)
- Strong confidence in speaking with clients over the phone and via video calls
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to write or quickly learn how to write professional resumes and cover letters
- Experience or willingness to use email marketing and CRM tools
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in resume writing, recruitment, HR, or career coaching
- Familiarity with ATS systems and job application processes
- Experience selling professional or consulting services

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
