Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and scale paid media campaigns for our clients. The primary focus of this role is lead generation, specifically within the home services sector. You will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of ads across Google and Meta platforms to ensure high client retention and cost-effective lead acquisition.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Build, launch, and manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram (Meta).
- Optimization: Perform daily and weekly reviews of campaign structures, monitoring results to identify opportunities for scaling and improvement.
- Execution & Strategy: Focus primarily on technical execution while providing strategic input to improve overall campaign performance.
- Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), with a heavy emphasis on Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Client Retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers and Senior Management to incorporate feedback and align advertising efforts with client goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3+ years of hands-on experience building and managing digital advertising campaigns.
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Zapier and various CRM platforms to manage lead flow and automation.
- Lead Gen Focus: Proven track record of generating a high volume of leads through paid search and social channels.
Preferred Skills
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Home Services Marketing (e.g., plumbing, roofing, HVAC) is a significant plus.
- Communication: Strong ability to take feedback from management and translate it into actionable campaign adjustments.
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
