Job Title: Appointment Setter (Dental Cosmetic Leads)

Overview:
A specialized marketing agency focused exclusively on helping dental practices attract new patients for high-value cosmetic procedures. They run targeted advertising campaigns that generate qualified leads for premium services like veneers and Invisalign treatments. This is a fast-growing business in the expanding dental cosmetics industry where you’ll work with warm, interested prospects.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sacramento, CA Time with a 30-minute - paid break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to inbound leads within 1–5 minutes of inquiry to maximize conversion rates
● Conduct professional phone conversations to understand prospects’ cosmetic dental needs and concerns
● Use provided scripts while maintaining conversational flow and building rapport
● Gather essential information about prospects’ interest in veneers, Invisalign, and other cosmetic treatments
● Book qualified leads directly onto dental practice calendars for consultations
● Follow up with prospects who haven’t yet scheduled their appointments
● Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions and outcomes
● Collaborate with dental practices to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and patient experience

Requirements:
● Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
● Ability to follow scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging
● Experience in appointment setting, customer service, or phone-based roles preferred
● Comfortable discussing healthcare/dental topics with prospects in a consultative manner
● Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet, professional work environment
● Availability during standard business hours Monday through Friday
● Bonus if experienced with calendar management systems
● Familiarity with dental or healthcare terminology is a plus

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
