Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and creative Spanish Bilingual Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support their online presence and outreach efforts. Unlike traditional administrative roles, this position is strictly focused on content creation, social media management, and digital engagement. The ideal candidate will be a "digital native" who understands how to build community and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple platforms, particularly LinkedIn.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM MST (20 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Create and publish engaging social media content, including posts, blogs, and regular updates.
- Repurposing: Strategically repost and repurpose existing content across various platforms to maximize reach.
- Engagement: Tag relevant members and actively engage with online communities to foster growth.
- LinkedIn Outreach: Support connection-building efforts and professional outreach on LinkedIn.
- Newsletters: Assist with the creation and distribution of company newsletters.
- AI Integration: Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT) to improve content creation speed and marketing efficiency.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure a unified brand voice is maintained across all digital channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with diverse content formats (blogs, social posts, newsletters).
- Comfort and proficiency in using AI tools for marketing-related tasks.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple creative tasks independently.
- Ability to work during Mountain Standard Time (MST) hours.
Qualifications
- Language: Spanish-speaking (Preferred) with strong English communication skills.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of broader digital marketing strategies.
